TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. DEFINITION AND USE OF GIFT BALANCE":

The gift balance from Paralellsolutions is entirely digital and has no physical format.

The gift balance:

I. Cannot be lost or misplaced, as it will always be available in the user's email.

II. Cannot be redeemed for cash.

III. Cannot be transferred or resold without explicit authorization from Paralellsolutions.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend gift balance if fraudulent use or violation of these terms is detected.

2. LIMITED LIABILITY OF PARALELLSOLUTIONS

Paralellsolutions acts solely as an intermediary in the sale of gift balance and does not guarantee the quality, availability, or fulfillment of the products or services acquired using it.

The user agrees that:

I. Any dispute regarding the service provided by an affiliated merchant must be resolved directly with the establishment.

II. Paralellsolutions is not responsible if a merchant refuses to accept the gift balance, if the promotion has expired, or if there are changes in the merchant’s terms.

III. It is the user's responsibility to verify the acceptance of the gift balance at a specific merchant.

3. ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND BALANCE LOSS

I. If you delete your account, any remaining gift balance will be permanently lost.

II. Paralellsolutions is not responsible for the loss of gift balance if the account is voluntarily deleted or suspended due to violation of these terms.

III. If you wish to delete your account and still have an available gift balance, we recommend using it before proceeding with account deletion.

4. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
